2025-2026 Colorado Scholastic Chess League Signup
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING
We are excited to announce the 2025-2026 Colorado Scholastic Chess League! This year, the league is individual-based and open to all Colorado K-12 students, including homeschoolers. Players compete in their correct divisions: Elementary (K-5), Middle School (6-8), and High School (9-12).
League Details:
- When: 10 weeks of play on Thursdays, 6-7 PM: Oct 30, Nov 6, 13, 20, Dec 4, 11, 18, Jan 15, 22 & 29
- Where: Online via Chess.com
- Who: Colorado students K-12 (homeschoolers welcome)
- Cost: $50 per participant
- Divisions: Elementary (K-5), Middle School (6-8), High School (9-12)
- Awards: Trophies for at least 1st–3rd place. Additional awards may be issued depending on number of participants.
- Bonus: All participants receive a Commemorative CSCA Colorado Chess League T-Shirt** and a $5-10 discount off the 2026 Colorado Scholastic State Championship!
** T-Shirts can be picked up in person at the 2026 Colorado Scholastic State Championship.
All matches will be organized by National Master Jesse Cohen. Players will receive invitations to join their division’s Chess.com club upon registration. Matches are automated on Chess.com, so it is each player’s responsibility to log in and play on time.
Fair Play Policy: The league relies on Chess.com cheat detection. Any participant caught cheating will be immediately removed from the league and banned for 3 years. DON’T CHEAT — YOU WILL GET CAUGHT.
How to Register: Simply fill out the form below and pay $50. Weekly reminders and club invitations will be sent by Jesse Cohen. The process is straightforward and easy!

- Matches are scheduled in advance — be on time!
- All participants must follow fair play rules to remain eligible.
